    Ode to Autumn

Ode to Autumn, is a beautiful poem written by John Keats. If you are already following on Instagram, you probably already saw the quote from this English poet. Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness, Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun; Conspiring with him how to load and bless With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eaves run; To bend with apples the moss’d cottage-trees, And fill all fruit with ripeness to the core; To swell the gourd, and plump the hazel shells With a sweet kernel; to set budding more, And still more, later flowers for the bees, Until they think warm days will never cease; For Summer has o’erbrimm’d…

    Roma Moderna – Modern Rome

Roma moderna is the italian translation of “modern Rome”. As a proud roman girl, I like to show every side of my city, Rome is indeed known for being the eternal city. While history and ancient ruins are almost behind every corner, Rome has also a modern quarter. It might come as a surprise, especially for someone who has never been there. I’m in the Eur quarter, which I have already shared in this post. More specifically, I’m by the Colosseo Quadrato which is also the  Fendi Headquarter. I’m wearing a casual look, perfect for the Fall season. This black and white sweater from Bershka is a new entry in…

    Pink and Black Outfit

This is a light pink and black outfit for everyday. It could be a solution for a first date or a chic outfit for the office. The style is easy to go, simple jeans and a knitted pull over are enriched with accessories. I never wear two different brands at the same time, because I don’t like seeing two different patterns. This time I’m making an exception, because the Burberry pattern is the only one appearing, and the Chanel bag’s logo is not too big. While a pink and black outfit looks good for a casual outfit, a white and pink combination could be a great solution for the same purposes.…

    Romwe

I would like to thank Romwe for our collaboration. I’m sharing a casual outfit that features a burgundy shirt from Romwe. It’s a versatile piece that can be styled in many different ways. It suits for many different occasions, I chose to wear it open with a tank t-shirt underneath. Burgundy is one of my favorite colors, especially for fashion. Burgundy is also the perfect color for this season, which alone is a great reason to wear it. I also love this type of trend, the shirt is open while there is a t-shirt underneath. Of course it’s a casual outfit, but this specific shirt is also good for a more serious…

    Amalfi Coast

It’s unbelievable how time passes so fast, isn’t it? I took these pictures in Maiori, a small town of the Amalfi Coast. Also read my  post with some tips if you plan to visit Positano. This huge wall is part of the mountain, there is a road and a beautiful building on it. I must say that I found amazing all the views of the Amalfi Coast.  If you are traveling around this area of Italy, consider visiting Maiori and Minori: two small towns next to Amalfi.  Also, remember to try the Mezzelune with lemon and ricotta, it’s a local dish, I’m sure you’ll love it. While I was here,…

    Positano Travel Tips

If you are already following me on Instagram, you have probably already seen some pictures of Positano. That’s my first time there, it’s only three hours away from Rome, which causes me some embarrassment. I was so happy to finally visit Positano, the view is romantic, especially during the sunset. I went there with my boyfriend to celebrate out 6th year together. I’m sharing some useful advices. First of all, it’s a small town. If you are planning a tour around the Amalfi Coast, two days in Positano will be enough. Secondly, avoid going there with the car, we made that mistake. The parking services are very expensive, we paid…

    Summer Vacation Outfits

It’s been a while since I last shared a look, and I am finally here with a summer vacation outfit with the best Louis Vuitton for everyday use. I also want to share my ideas on Louis Vuitton bags and how to match them with an outfit. I would like to answer this question: “What Louis Vuitton should I buy first?“. My answer is: Louis Vuitton Alma Monogram.  Why an Alma bag?  Since the Alma was my the very first Louis Vuitton, I have used it a lot ever since I bought it, mostly because this bag matches almost every outfit. I believe that this is the best Louis Vuitton bag to…

What to wear to a Ceremony

I fashion the question is always the same: what do I wear? Now I’m going to give one idea on what to wear to a ceremony. As you can imagine, May and June are the months of celebrations, almost everyone get married or get its confirmation  during spring, or at least that’s what happen in Italy. I was a guest at a ceremony in Rome, this outfit is perfect if you are attending as a guest. Light colors such as light blue or light pink are widely used in Italian ceremonies’ outfits. I picked this elegant Ermanno Scervino jacket and paired it with a Michael Kors bag. White pants are…

    Umbria

Umbria is the Italian region where since childhood I used to hide with my family to escape from the chaos of the city. There are so many famous cities in Umbria, such as Assisi and Perugia, where people from all over the world come to admire the architectural and artistic masterpieces. Personally, I’ve always felt fascinated by the little medieval town which, just at first sight, they seem to have nothing to offer. Each time I go there, they give me the chance to imagine how life was few centuries ago, and it’s so easy to feel immersed when there are no cars around and no sounds, which are typical…

    Doubts

I had these pictures ready to be published, it just took me a month to post them, there are many reasons why it took me so long. I’ve done some thinking lately, for the first time during my years of blogging I felt like I wasn’t doing the right things and I’ve started to doubt myself. I’ve doubted my abilities and wondered if I could have done things differently and better than I have. Or maybe I haven’t done anything wrong, it’s just me expecting more from myself. Anyways, I felt like opening myself up to those of you who read my blog. Have you experienced this in your life, maybe…
